AGM:

• The AGM will be at 6.30pm on Tuesday 14 October

• The venue is still TBC, so we’re asking people to “save the date” at this stage

• The agenda will include:

• President’s report

• Treasurer’s report

• Discussion and adoption of a new constitution

• Election of Committee Members

• Attendees should email secretary@gravitycanterbury.org.nz if they would like an item to be added to the agenda. The addition of items to the agenda will be at the discretion of the committee.
