Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 31st July at the CAP Café.

Schedule:

• 5:30 pm – Cash bar opens

• 6:00 pm – Light refreshments served

• 6:15 pm – 7:15 pm – AGM formalities

• 8:00 pm – Event concludes

AGM Agenda:

• Confirmation of the minutes of the previous AGM

• Discussion of matters arising from the previous minutes.

• Committee presentations:

  • The annual report (President)

  • The annual financial statements (Treasurer)

  • Notice of any disclosures of conflicts of interest.

  • 2026 Race Calendar

• Consideration of any motions proposing to amend the Constitution.

  • No motions have been received.

• Election of Committee Members.

• General Business or any other items of business.

  • Christchurch City Council Park Ranger update (Asher Richards)

  • Pump track update (Rick Houghton)

  • Port Hills Trail Collective (speaker TBC)
    

Submissions and Nominations:

Any proposed motions, committee nominations, or other items of business must be submitted to the Secretary by Monday, 20 July via email:
